The recipe for Sgroppino Angiolo

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

  • 150 g of Cristal Lemon and Yuzu sorbet
  • 10 cl of chilled Prosecco
  • 2 cl of vodka (optional for a lighter version)
  • A touch of lemon zest for decoration

Preparation :

  1. In a very cold bowl, place the Cristal Lemon and Yuzu sorbet.
  2. Slowly pour in the Prosecco and, if desired, the vodka.
