A unique creation, the result of the collaboration between our Chef Salvatore Naselli and Giuseppe Amato, voted best pastry chef in the world in 2021.
This dessert is composed of a revisited Sicilian Cannolo and an artisanal ice cream with a secret caramel recipe. The surprise of the crunch and softness of the ice cream.

Also available with milk flower and mascarpone ice cream.
