ANGIOLO
ANGIOLO is a contemporary, family-run ice-cream parlour based in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, combining the elegance of the French luxury world with the nobility of the Italian artisan tradition.
Our ambition is to offer a parade of exceptional ice creams and frozen desserts, created by our great Italian ice cream and pastry chefs, and revisited each season in rare and ephemeral collections.
We select the ingredients, without compromise, to meet our high standards of quality and authenticity. We aim for a delicate ice-cream texture and a full-bodied flavour in the mouth for lasting taste pleasure. Our ice creams are designed to be healthy by limiting sugars and fats.
The ice creams are produced by our craftsmen in a laboratory that our customers can see every day on site.
